Holy Martyrs Armenian Apostolic Church, Encino CA

The Holy Martyrs Armenian Apostolic Church is the first church erected by and for the Armenian community living in the San Fernando Valley. Tracing its humble beginning back to the year 1958, the church was established by religious Armenian families whose ancestors had immigrated to Los Angeles after the Armenian Genocide of 1915. As a brilliant torch it now stands for 50 years, serving as the cornerstone of Armenian traditions and serving the spiritual needs of the Armenian community across the San Fernando Valley.
